Campgrounds RV Park

Once payment has been made and your camping slot has been reserved, cancellations for any reason will not be eligible for a cash refund.

Guests who are unable to proceed with their original booking may request a one-time rebooking, subject to the following conditions:

– Rebooking must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
– The new date is subject to camping slot availability.
– Rebooking is allowed once only.
– Rebooked reservations may no longer be cancelled, transferred, or rebooked again.
– Requests made less than 72 hours before check-in will be considered a cancellation and the payment will be forfeited.
– No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in full forfeiture of the reservation and payment.

Rebooking made at least 15 days before check-in is penalty-free, but may be subject to additional charges depending on the current season rate. The higher applicable rate will apply. Rebooking within 14 days before check-in is not allowed, and payments are non-refundable.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed.

Guests must present their booking confirmation or booking details, which are emailed 1-2 days before check-in. A valid ID is also required upon check-in.

Yes. We have our Basecamp Restaurant available with a diverse menu of food and drinks.

Amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The swimming pool, grilling station, common bathrooms, billiard/pool table, and kids’ playground are free to use. Fire pit or campfire packages are available upon request. The S’mores package will incur additional fees. The Onsen Experience is available at an additional cost. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 small pets, subject to a pet fee.

Yes, we have clean separate bathrooms and shower rooms for both male and females. We also have a premium bathroom lounge which guests can access for Php 250 pesos for 2 pax. Towels are included.

Camping guests are exempt. The corkage fee is based on the on-site menu.

Children 4-12 years old are charged Php 250 per head. Guests 13 years old and above are charged Php 500 per head, with Php 250 consumable. Day-use facilities are available only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The most convenient way is by private vehicle, preferably a van or SUV. Guests are advised to use Google Maps for directions and not Waze. For commuters, take a bus to Dalaguete Town Proper, then ride a habal-habal/motorcycle to the property. The motorcycle ride costs around Php 150 per head, though the price may change without prior notice.

Yes. Campgrounds RV Park allows up to 2 trained pets per room, subject to a pet fee of Php 250 per pet for small to medium pets. Pets must wear diapers at all times, be leashed, and must not roam without supervision. Owners must clean up after their pets. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and provide the pet type and breed for confirmed bookings.

Camping is an outdoor experience, and normal rain or changes in weather are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

In cases of severe weather, government advisories, natural disasters, or situations where the campsite management determines that operations are unsafe, guests will be allowed to move their reservation to another available date without a rebooking penalty.

Yes. Gaslamp RV Park guests have access to Gaslamp District Foodpark, where a variety of food and drinks are available.

Amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free amenities include Gaslamp District Foodpark access, Lovers Lane Hill Top Viewing Deck, grilling stations, common dining and picnic areas, common male and female toilets, and common shower areas. Fire pit or campfire packages are available upon request. S’mores packages will incur additional fees. The Premium Shower Lounge is available at an additional cost. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 small pets, subject to a pet fee.

Yes. Gaslamp RV Park has clean separate bathrooms and shower rooms for both male and female guests. We also have a Premium Shower Lounge which guests can access for Php 250 for 2 pax. Towels are included.

Yes. Guests are advised to bring their own tents and sleeping equipment because these are not available in the property.

The most convenient way is by private vehicle. Any private car can easily access the area. Guests are advised to use Google Maps for directions and not Waze. For commuters, guests may go to Busay and arrange a local ride going to the property. Transportation rates may vary depending on availability and pickup point.

Gaslamp RV Park welcomes up to 2 trained pets per slot. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, the following policy applies:

Pet Fees

  • Camping Slots: Php 250 per pet (small to medium)

  • RV Slots: Php 500 per pet

  • Penalty/Cleaning Fee: Php 1,000 applies for foul odor, pee stains, or uncleaned waste left on the premises.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Booking & Check-in: Guests must declare their pet’s type and breed during booking confirmation and sign a pet waiver upon check-in.

  • Diapers Required: Pets must wear diapers at all times while inside the park.

  • Control & Leashing: Pets must remain on a leash and under adult supervision at all times. Unsupervised roaming is strictly prohibited.

  • Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
